StellarWinds Technologies Inc. (“StellarWinds Tradelines,” “we,” “us”) operates the website at stellarwinds-tradelines.com. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it.

What we collect

When you submit a request through our intake form, we collect:

• Your full name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• An optional message you choose to include
• The tradeline you selected (issuer, card type, limit, price, and open date)
• The date and time you gave consent to be contacted
• Your browser’s user-agent string (used only for spam prevention)

Sensitive information (authorized-user details)

If you become a paying customer, we will send you a one-time sign-in link to securely access a form where you submit the additional information required by the bank to add you as an authorized user:

• Your full legal name (as it appears on your ID)
• Your date of birth
• Your current mailing address
• Your Social Security Number (SSN)

This information is collected only with your explicit consent, encrypted immediately upon submission using AES-256-GCM encryption, and stored in encrypted form. We do not store your SSN in plain text—only the last four digits are kept unencrypted for verification purposes.

We do not collect Social Security numbers, dates of birth, or any other sensitive personal information during the initial intake stage.

Why we collect it

We use the information from your intake form solely to contact you about the tradeline request you submitted—by phone or email—and to answer your questions.

Sensitive details (SSN, date of birth, address, and legal name) are used only to complete the authorized-user addition with the card issuer, and for no other purpose.

We do not use your information for marketing, advertising, or any purpose unrelated to your request unless you separately ask us to.

Who sees your information

Your information is accessible only to StellarWinds Tradelines staff who need it to process your request. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties except as required by law.

How we store it

Your data is stored in a secured database with access restricted to authorized staff. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS) for all data sent between your browser and our servers. Sensitive information (SSN, date of birth, legal name, address) is additionally encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption with a key that is not stored alongside the data. Every time an authorized team member accesses your encrypted details, the access is logged with a timestamp and IP address.

Data retention & automatic deletion

We retain your sensitive information only as long as needed to process your order:

• If your order is completed, your encrypted details are automatically deleted 30 days after completion.
• If your order is closed, your details are automatically deleted 7 days after closure.
• If your order remains in progress, your details are kept for a maximum of 60 days from submission.

When data is deleted, all encrypted fields are permanently erased. We retain only the audit log (which does not contain your sensitive information) for compliance purposes.

How to request deletion

If you would like your information deleted, email us at techwizard@stellarwinds.tech with the subject line “Data deletion request” and include the name and email address you used when submitting your request. We will confirm deletion within five business days.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services evolve. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
