Create your account
Sign up with your name, email, and phone number. That’s all we ask for upfront. Your account lets us keep your order organized and makes it easy for your representative to reach you.

A representative reaches out
One of our team members will contact you to introduce themselves, answer any questions, and walk you through payment. You’ll always speak with a real person — no bots, no automated scripts.
Step 4 of 5
You provide the details the bank needs
Your representative will explain exactly what information is required and how it’s handled. Everything is discussed during your conversation so you know what to expect before sharing anything.

You’re added and the tradeline begins reporting
Once the bank processes your addition as an authorized user, the tradeline can begin appearing on your credit report. Your representative will let you know what to look for and the general timeframe.
